Blanche N. Thomas, 95, died Feb. 24, 2012.
A memorial service will be held at the Margaret Cemetery in Cascade on Saturday, Oct. 13, 2012, at 1 p.m.
Join the family and friends to celebrate and reminisce her life.
Blanche was born in the ranch house of her father, Laurins Herrick, and her mother, Essie Cantrall, on Clear Creek in Alpha.
She grew up on the ranch, and at the young age of 17 married Ralph Thomas and traveled southwest Idaho on horseback living in a wall tent while working for the Bureau of Land Reclamation.
During the summer they lived in the Packer John Lookout.
