A burial service will be held at McCall Cemetery at 2 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 6, 2011.

Lucia was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She was born in Los Angeles, Calif., on April 26, 1926, to Mary and Ernest Marchetti.

After graduating from Ramona Covent High School in Los Angeles, she attended USC before marrying John Joseph Revello on Dec. 31, 1945.

Lucia was a professional homemaker and wonderful cook. Holiday meals were especially anticipated if she was serving handmade raviolis using the family recipe.

She relocated with her husband several times, making friends in Jerome, Tucson Ariz., Temple City and Sacramento, Calif., Idaho Falls, Hamburg, Germany and Portland, Ore., before retiring in McCall.

Always quite the spitfire, Lucia enjoyed tennis, bowling, camping, bridge, skiing and her hospital volunteer work. She loved to travel and visited every state and all of western Europe – her favorite was Assisi, Italy.

Lucia raised three sons Ernie, Gary and Paul and two grandchildren, Shauna and Ben Revello.

She is preceded in death by her son Paul and husband John.

She is survived by sons, Ernie and Gary (Vicki), and daughter-in-law, Mary Krogness Revello; her grandchildren, Shauna Revello Wilson (Kevin), Ben (Amy), Elizabeth Gordon Richter (Kenneth), Kristina Revello, Marcy Belcoe (Terry), Laura Revello and Katharine Revello; and her great-granddaughters, Hailey Revello and Brett Richter.

The family would like to thank the McCall Senior Citizen Center, St. Luke’s Payette Lakes Medical Clinic, St. Luke’s McCall and her care-givers for their patience, love and excellent care.
