Johney Len Larimore Sr., 52, of Donnelly, loving son, brother, father, grandfather and friend, passed away peacefully Sunday, April 24, 2011.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, May 14, 2011 at 11 a.m. at the Donnelly Bible Church, with a potluck style wake to follow services at the church.
To honor Johney’s way of life as an avid outdoorsman, hunter and fisherman, the family requests that guest’s wear camouflage, if possible, to the services, as this was Johney’s favorite fashion.
He was born July 22, 1958 in Bell, Texas, to Johnnie and Ramona Larimore. He moved here in 1979.
Johney was a loving father to four children, Christy Larimore, Johney Larimore, Angela Larimore and Dale Larimore.
He is one of five siblings that included Kathy Brown, Jackey Larimore, Bertha Johnston and Mark Larimore.
Johney is survived by his children, siblings and his mother. He is preceded in death by his father, who served in the U.S. Army.
