Bettie Bouck, a long-time resident of Nampa, passed away Saturday June 25, 2011, at Holly Care Center with her husband and family members by her side.
Memorial services will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, June 30, at the Zeyer Funeral Chapel, 83 N. Midland Blvd. in Nampa. Burial services will follow at the Meadows Valley Cemetery at 3 p.m.
Bettie was born Sept. 16, 1931, in Eureka, Utah. She lived throughout the Western United States pursuing a career in retail sales and management, retiring in the early 1990s.
Bettie loved RVing, meeting new people and visiting old friends along the way. She loved animals, especially her pets Lucky, Gypsy, Rudy and Quest.
She especially enjoyed being a grandmother and spending time with her grandchildren which were the light of her life.
She is survived by her devoted husband, Richard; her children, Cherie, Kenny, Rob, Rick, April, and Tammy; 13 grandchildren, and 10 great-grandchildren, all of whom brought her great joy.
